### Version main branch ### Describe what's wrong `OwnerOperations` checks that the object exists through `MetadataObjectUtil.checkMetadataObject`, which uses the normalizing dispatchers. Then `OwnerManager.setOwner` and `getOwner` read and write `OWNER_REL` using the names exactly as the request spells them. If the spelling is different from the stored name, the owner lookup and the owner change fail with not found. ### Error message and/or stacktrace Not captured yet. The same pattern as #14681. ### How to reproduce 1. Use a catalog with case-insensitive names, such as Hive. Create schema `analytics` and table `orders`. 2. Get or set the owner of `catalog.ANALYTICS.ORDERS`. The existence check passes, but the relation lookup uses the uppercase names. ### Additional context Reuse the normalization from #14682. The authorizer hook (`handleMetadataOwnerChange`) should get the normalized identifier too. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
