Keep in mind that, regardless of how important this might be for you and/or
your company, the priorities of wider community and those volunteering to work
on this project will not necessarily match. If this feature is a high priority
for you, then the best way to accelerate this would be for you to work on the
feature yourself, contributing the resulting keymap back to the project.
If you do not wish to do this, that's OK, but then please be patient. There are
other issues being worked on which are higher priority than this particular
feature.
