Something that would be simple, yet effective in this case, is to have a
configurable property like "cas-logout-uri" or possibly even a more generic
"logout-uri", where one can configure an address the user will be redirected to
when clicking Logout in the menu. If set to the CAS logout endpoint, Guacamole
would first destroy the session and then redirect the user to the CAS logout
page.
