I tried to submit this via review board, but it seems like I'm being dumb, or
there's something missing on
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/HELIX/Contributor+Workflow. This is
my first attempt at contributing to an apache project, so it's quite possible
that the problem is me. Either way, I figured I'd just upload the patch here,
until I figure out what I'm missing to get the submission via review board
working.
