See #1545 ## Detailed Changes - [x] Introduce `registeredCompactionNodesCache` in `ClusterMetadata` and enable horaemeta to register compaction nodes through heartbeat. - [x] Add `NodeType` in horaedb's `NodeMetaInfo`.
