[PR] fix(io_uring): implement graceful HTTP shutdown and resolve TODOs [iggy]

   Replace orphaned HTTP server tasks with proper graceful shutdown APIs.
   Non-TLS uses cyper_axum's with_graceful_shutdown(), TLS integrates with
   TaskRegistry oneshot. Convert segment sizes from u32 to IggyByteSize for
   type safety. Remove unused SystemInfoStorage trait and clean up TODOs.
