I did some more debugging and also ran into the same issue with Karaf 4.3.3 (but apparently not always). If I downgrade the Aries JAX-RS Whiteboard back to 2.0.0 it no longer wants to refresh all these bundles. :slightly_smiling_face: -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
