Documents the `META-INF/MANIFEST.MF` attributes that Karaf reads when installing a KAR (`Karaf-Feature-Start`, `Karaf-Feature-Repos`), their defaults, and that the manifest may be missing, in `user-guide/kar.adoc`. Fixes #2961 Checked against `Kar.java` (constructor/`extract`): only a literal `false` in `Karaf-Feature-Start` disables feature installation, so a missing attribute or a missing manifest means the features are installed. `Karaf-Feature-Repos`, when present, is the only repository registered and the `repository/` scan is skipped. Also checked that `KarServiceImpl.createNonAutoStartManifest` (used by `kar:create`) writes `Karaf-Feature-Start: false` plus `Karaf-Feature-Repos`.
