Temporarily disabling the functionality of collapsing a Decision Service and
adding a warning in the case where there aren't any other depictions of said
Decision Service in another DRD.
"console.warn("DMN MUTATION: Cannot hide a Decision Service from a DRD.");"
This message is similar to what we do for a decision contained by a Decision
Service. Will link the PR here when ready
