Here's the current state:
- **Screenshots reduced by 50–60%.** Refactored tests doing simple existence
checks to use direct DOM or JSON model verification. Screenshots are kept only
where visual regression detection adds real value.
- **BPMN test suite (747 tests) runtime reduced by ~38%**, now taking ~20min
of the 176min total CI pipeline.
- Of the **176min** total, ~**90min** is consumed by the pre-existing DMN
Editor E2E suite alone. The remaining time is taken by the other test suites,
build infrastructure setup, and CI environment overhead
