The BPMN Editor currently allows the creation of StartEvent and EndEvent
nodes within Ad-hoc Sub Processes. This behavior is inconsistent with the BPMN
specification [1], which explicitly restricts the use of these event types in
Ad-hoc Sub Processes.
> The list of BPMN elements that MUST NOT be used in an Ad-Hoc Sub-Process:
Start Event, End Event,
Conversations (graphically), Conversation Links (graphically), and
Choreography Activities.
