Similar to apache/incubator-kie-issues#243, we need to have good descriptions for each package, as it is sometimes hard to understand where they stand in the bigger picture. - `README.md` should contain a short description and more information on how to CONSUME that package. - `docs/DEV.md` should contain information related to the development of that package in particular. - `docs/ARCHITECTURE.md` should contain information relevant for people adding to or changing the code on that package.
