Issue found during the review of `data-audit`. If a process in `error` state is retriggered and a new error happens after retriggering (so it stays in `error` state again), the new logs are not tracked by data-audit. Apparently in this scenario the runtime don't detect the state change (error -> error) and it doesn't fire any event. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
