### Describe the bug
The WS-Human Task lifecycle currently defines several transition parameters
using uppercase names, for example:
USER
NOTIFY
DELEGATED_USER
FORWARDED_USERS
NOMINATED_USERS
suspendUntil
These parameters are currently looked up using their exact names, which
makes the parameter names case-sensitive. For example, the delegate transition
works with:
` { "transitionId": "delegate", "data": { "DELEGATED_USER": "user2" } }`
but the equivalent lowercase parameter is not recognised:
`{ "transitionId": "delegate", "data": { "delegated_user": "user2" } }`
The operation fails with exception:
```
Servlet.service() for servlet [dispatcherServlet] in context with path []
threw exception [Request processing failed:
org.kie.kogito.usertask.lifecycle.UserTaskTransitionException: Delegated user
not specified] with root cause
org.kie.kogito.usertask.lifecycle.UserTaskTransitionException: Delegated
user not specified
```
