When a sequence has no anchor pattern (i.e., it is activated by the InitialFact), facts inserted before the sequencer started were silently missed. Add replayExistingFacts() which is called right after start() and iterates existing WM objects through each adapter's active DynamicFilters — but only for anchorless sequences (anchorless=true when the LIAN source is the InitialFact OTN). Anchored sequences are untouched: the temporal contract of the sequence API requires that facts arriving before the anchor must not be captured. Test: rename PatternDSLSequenceTest to PatternDSLSequenceHelloWorldTest, strip the anchor pattern, and add a minimal single-step smoke test (sequenceMostSimple) that proves an anchorless sequence fires when the matching fact is already present.
