The GitHub Actions workflow "Workflows to notify the team about github issues" has been failing for a long time (since around 2023). https://github.com/apache/incubator-kie/actions/workflows/issues.yml https://github.com/apache/incubator-kie/blob/main/.github/workflows/issues.yml When it worked, notifications were posted to the Kogito channel on Zulip. We might be able to get the workflow working again by asking ASF Infra to allow `zulip/github-actions-zulip/send-message`. However, given that we've been without these notifications for so long, I think removing `.github/workflows/issues.yml` would be the better option.
