Currently, `agenda-group` has a public API for setting the focus, such as
`drools.getKnowledgeRuntime().getAgenda().getAgendaGroup("g2").setFocus()`.
However, activating a `ruleflow-group` requires casting to the internal
`InternalAgenda` interface and calling `activateRuleFlowGroup()`.
We should introduce a public API for activating `ruleflow-group` to
facilitate the consolidation of these two attributes into `ruleflow-group`. We
plan to deprecate `agenda-group` in DRL 10.
