* Revise contributing guidelines for LLM involvement
Clarified guidelines for contributions involving LLMs, emphasizing the
importance of understanding and maintaining code. Specified expectations for
contributors and outlined unacceptable practices.
* Revise AI-assisted contribution guidelines
Updated guidelines for AI-assisted contributions by removing unwelcome
practices and adding a note to read the guidelines before submitting a PR.
