On driver libcloud/compute/drivers/ec2.py instance_types per region are hard
coded. The current driver needs to be reviewed as it is not up to date.
I can open a pull request fixing this, but I need to know if this is tested
manually, or if there's an automated way to test which instances can be created
at a zone
