Joyent APIs are available to create and list snapshots of a given VM
(http://apidocs.joyent.com/cloudapi/#CreateMachineSnapshot and
http://apidocs.joyent.com/cloudapi/#ListMachineSnapshots). Add support for
these operation in the Joyent compute driver.
