lxn2 opened a new pull request #7418: Enable Apache Rat + add more license headers URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-mxnet/pull/7418 This PR enables Apache Rat to run as part of the sanity check. It also includes the .rat-excludes file which will make Rat ignore files/folders that match those names.
