   Testing [this 
tutorial](https://github.com/apache/incubator-mxnet/blob/master/docs/tutorials/basic/data.md)
 on Python 3 shows an error.
   
   ## Environment info (Required)
   Python 3 env (reproduced on both Mac and DL AMI)
