Responding to the first statement, to compile it on the rpi(1/2gb) you need to increse swap memory to 2 or 3 gb. Responding to the question, when you finish the process of building the libmxnet.so you can just copy the mxnet folder to the raspberry pi and install it with pip as in the tutorial.
