   ## Description
I'm working on enabling MXNet on IBM Z (s390x architecture) machines. I
successfully installed MXNet on s390x but encountered the following error while
trying to use it.

   ## To Reproduce
   1. Install MXNet from source with the flag `USE_SSE=0`.
   2. Follow the tutorial to test the library -
https://mxnet.apache.org/api/python/docs/tutorials/getting-started/gluon_from_experiment_to_deployment.html
