URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-mxnet/pull/10827#issuecomment-395220488 I'm currently working on a system that is going to track all jobs that are run on CI and automatically generate reports - including statistics about flaky tests. This will be applied to all branches as well as nightly. I think we're going an even more hardcore way after my system is in place: We block all releases until the tests are in a good state. At the moment, we don't have hard data (impact of each test, failure rate, environments, etc). After that data is available, we can take hard actions.
