I ran the `ldd` on libmxnet-scala.so (for 1.3.1) but it did not report its dependency on libcrypto.so I noticed that you are running these tests on CentOS. I could reproduce this on CentOS. Will try to dig deeper and update the issue with my observations. @piyushghai @lanking520
