MYNEWT-147: add mbuf documentation
Sorry that I have added this in the os_tasks branch. I thought I had a mbuf
branch checked out but that was not the case so I used this branch.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/apache/incubator-mynewt-site os_tasks
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/incubator-mynewt-site/pull/21.patch
