In the attached screenshot, notice that the horizontal separator between the
two combo-boxes is cut off. Expanding the combo-box causes the line to render,
but once it is collapsed again the line disappears. This used to work in
Netbeans 8.2 (though this was with JDK 8 while now I am using JDK 9)
