But I think we will have to fetch a JSON first, with an URL like:
[https://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi/ant/binaries/apache-ant-1.10.1-bin.tar.gz&as_json=1]
And then preprocess the JSON and use an appropriate closest mirror from the
list of suggested mirrors.
I don't know if we should have a custom NetBeans protocol handler (nb-mirror://
for instance?) or something like that.
