Code completion for JSP custom tags does not working in Maven projects if
packaging is JAR. It looks like everything works fine if packaging is changed
to WAR. Is there a way to activate the code completion for web components (JSP
tags) in Maven project under JAR packaging. I'm building a standalone
application with embed tomcat, so WAR packaging is not a option.
