If I exclude NewClass2.java from the Subversion tab and commit all other files, 
then go back and try to Team|Ignore NewClass2.java, it successfully ignores the 
.java file. 

Parent package is in subversion tab as "locally modified". 

svn:ignore property is there in Diff window.

Is this test case missing a "commit" instruction?

Can't understand why I didn't have a bug on this in NetCAT 9.
