Sorry, but the download page needs some work:
The links to sigs and hashes must use the host www.apache.org, and not
www-eu.apache.org.
The KEYS file must use:
https://www.apache.org/dist/incubator/netbeans/KEYS
The host dist.apache.org <http://dist.apache.org> is not intended for
public use; it is only for use by ASF RMs when staging and publishing
releases.
Also the download page contains a direct link to github.
Whilst the tag itself may have been formally voted on, the rest of the Git
repo has not been formally released, and should therefore not be listed on
a public download page.
Please resend the announcement when the page has been corrected.
