Geertjan Wielenga commented on NETBEANS-726:
--------------------------------------------

This is a very different approach to how NetBeans has worked for years, i.e.,
quite a lot of analysis would have to be done, I guess it would be something
like this:

https://blogs.oracle.com/geertjan/creating-a-better-java-class-wizard

> Creating a class with automatic elements
> ----------------------------------------
>
> Key: NETBEANS-726
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NETBEANS-726
> Project: NetBeans
> Issue Type: Improvement
> Components: cnd - Mixed Development, cnd - Project, ide - Performance
> Affects Versions: 8.2, 9.0
> Reporter: paulo alves
> Priority: Major
>
> Such as in the eclipse, when you are creating a new class, it would be great
> to have the options to create automatically
> inheritences, abstracts methods, constructors from superclass and modifiers
