Umm, Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce this. My steps are the following:
1. Download your file to my PHP project
2. Set formatting configuration
!netbeans-1901-jy-01.png! !netbeans-1901-jy-02.png!
My environment:
Product Version: Apache NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 20190318-c6eb7aa76370)
Java: 1.8.0_172; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.172-b11
Runtime: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 1.8.0_172-b11
System: Linux version 4.16.0-041600-generic running on amd64; UTF-8;
