Timofey Vorobyov commented on NETBEANS-2297:
--------------------------------------------

The environment was previously NetBeans 8.2, upgraded to 10.0. Maybe, the
update was incorrect or incomplete?

The update was made by simply installing 10.0 over 8.2.

The behavior occurs with *any* php file loaded, regardless of the project.
Sometimes, it simply displays an empty window with "loading" status, sometimes
it displays HTML and CSS selectors, as in the description.

> Navigator does not show PHP classes/methods
