How temporary the issue is depends on how many developers and organizations
have a problem with this -- i.e., pre-Apache NetBeans NBMs cannot be supported
by Apache. And Oracle can't make them available for all eternity. Maybe an
opportunity to upgrade to Apache NetBeans.
