Well, all releases since 8.2 have been of the full IDE, not of the smaller IDE 
that just has support for PHP/HTML5. I think we should begin to distribute the 
smaller one separately and then you'll have the smaller IDE for both 8.2 and 
11.1 and maybe that will fix it. Hard to know right now, maybe Laszlo can take 
a look at your most recent snapshot to analyze it.
