I mean that I upgraded from 8.2 to some other version (different from 11.1) too
(as the were released). I another words that other version newer that 8.2 and
older than 11.1 had the bug too.

yes. I close the tab and reopen the file and CTRLF (for the new tab) works
again. If there are multiple tabs affected by problem I have to close/reopen
all of them (or restart NetBeans of course)
When the problem occurs, it usually affect multiple tabs but not all the tabs.
For example before a while I had about 8 tabs affected and one working without
problem. This current problem ocurred when I logged to my computer locally
after 3 day pause. But I was connected/logged to the computer using remote
desktop these days (althought not using NetBeans).
My opened files are PHP, JS mostly, if that matters. And I am using sync with
remote FTP server (configured to happen automatically after i save the file)
