Thanks for the links, Christian.

I was able to get the basic grammar 'OpenSCAD.tmLanguage' working as a Netbeans 
module (using the TextMate Lexer dependency) but not the snippets.

Thanks for the help, anyway.
Feel free to close this issue or let me know if I should.
