I am having this same issue. It does not seem to me to be "external to
NetBeans" or "user setup dependent issue" when it is the default configuration
of the standard Fedora 32 desktop install (in my case). As a user I am nervous
about making system changes like this without knowing the implications. Maybe
should use a different strategy for downloading and unpacking this?
