Unfortunately it seems that someone published a plugin with incomplete
{color:#ff8b00}Info/info.xml{color} which is missing
{color:#ff8b00}OpenIDE-Module-Name{color} attribute. Generation of module
catalog then fails with this error:
{code:java}
Catalog for 11.0 is not valid:
Element manifest does not carry attribute OpenIDE-Module-Name{code}
According to the timestamp in both 11.0 and 12.0 catalogs this started to
happen on October 5th. Or [~matthiasblaesing], have you changed something on
10/5?
