With the jdkhome configuration changed, Netbeans 12.1 starts normally using
sudo. The problem with GitHub in 8.2 remains. What could be wrong with the
permissions? I compared the Netbeans dirs and jdk dirs with the machine running
MacOS 10.15 and did not discover any differences.
