------------------------------------------------------------------------

Change line 26 in groovy-build.xml to the following:

<groovyc srcdir="@\{srcdir}" sourcepath="@\{sourcepath}" destdir="@\{destdir}"
encoding="${source.encoding}" excludes="@\{excludes}" includeAntRuntime="true"
fork="false">

After the build, you'll have dist/GroovyProject.jar, from which I can run the
generated class like this, (because the lib folder on the same level as the JAR
contains the Groovy JARs):

java -cp GroovyProject.jar SimpleGroovyScript

> As a test automator using Groovy scripting, when I create a new project I
> want to be able to:
> -create a Groovy project (with or without Maven/Ivy)
> -that will be able to run a classless script
> -execute @Grab statements to collect jars upon executing
> Test case:
> {{groovy.grape.Grape.grab(group:'org.apache.commons', module:'commons-lang3',
> version:'3.3.2')}}
> {{def s = "A silly string with words"}}
> {{assert org.apache.commons.lang3.text.WordUtils.capitalizeFully(s) == 'A
> Silly String With Words'}}
> or:
> {{@Grab(group='org.apache.commons', module='commons-lang3', version='3.3.2')}}
> {{def s = "A silly string with words"}}
> {{assert org.apache.commons.lang3.text.WordUtils.capitalizeFully(s) == 'A
> Silly String With Words'}}
> At the moment I am using [~GeertjanWielenga]'s Pure Groovy Project from
