[~junichi11] Thanks a lot for your work on PHP 8.0 support.
I was going through PHP 8.0 RFCs for NetBeans 12.3 [release
page](https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/NETBEANS/Apache+NetBeans+12.3).
Its safe to say that syntax of PHP 8.0 is fully supported with only remaining
code completion for attributes and named parameters.
