If creating a Jakarta EE 8 project without previously adding a server, user is prompted to "Download and Activate" or "Activate" Jakarta EE. This feature appears to be working without issues on OS X 11.6. > Java EE 8 Web Project creation does not automatically enable feature > -------------------------------------------------------------------- > > Key: NETBEANS-2810 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NETBEANS-2810 > Project: NetBeans > Issue Type: Bug > Components: javaee - Web Project > Affects Versions: 11.1 > Environment: 11.1 beta3 > Java: 1.8.0_212 > System: Windows 10 version 10.0 running on amd64; Cp1252; en_US (nb) > Reporter: Vano Beridze > Assignee: Josh Juneau > Priority: Major > > # Create web project > # IDE proposes to install Oracle JS Parser > # Install the plugin > # IDE proposes to install NB Javac plugin > # Install the plugin > # At this point IDE displays the dialog page that does not have Next enabled. > If you go back and then next, it activates the feature and project is created > successfully. > You don't have to go back and feature activation should happen automatically > at the step 6. -- This message was sent by Atlassian Jira (v8.20.1#820001) --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: commits-unsubscr...@netbeans.apache.org For additional commands, e-mail: commits-h...@netbeans.apache.org For further information about the NetBeans mailing lists, visit: https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/NETBEANS/Mailing+lists
