If Netbeans are not in a position to remove log4jv1 logging, could you consider
using [https://reload4j.qos.ch/] instead? - this jar is log4j with the log4jv1
CVEs resolved.
Ideally, log4jv2 should be used but reload4j offers an interim stage that
should be an easy change.
