Currently, the original netbeans.org content uses "netbeans.css". The new
website uses onepager.css which is built using SASS and onepager.sass. Any
required CSS, seemingly much from netbeans.css, needs incorporated into
onepager.css, and that file could also use a better name (perhaps...secondary
concern)
