During IP-clearance, the 'nbi' module has been relicensed to Apache and
probably therefore the following is obsolete and should be removed:
nbi/infra/utils/comment-correcter/cddl.txt
It looks like a default comment template file, which one assumes also can or
should be changed to AL2.
Need to investigate though probably this file should be updated in
nbi/infra/utils/comment-correcter/correct.xml
