The test asset {{org-yourorghere-executable-permissions.nbm}} uses a new
feature introduced in https://netbeans.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=24357 which
allows modules to supply an {{executable.list}} which is used to copy files
into the userdir and set permissions accordingly.
