Andy LoPresto resolved NIFI-1463.

Resolution: Fixed
Custom validation in the {{EncryptContent}} processor will block operation and
warn the user that the combination of algorithm and password is insecure. This
can be overridden with the "{{Allow Insecure Cryptographic Modes}}" property.
Updated Admin Guide as well.
